This was just what we needed! John came out to see us for the estimate and was punctual, personable and knowledgeable. About two weeks later, the install team of John (different John) & Josh installed our shade. They showed up during their window and knocked the job out quickly and professionally. They were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Many thanks too to sales representative Dylan who explained the process and showed us samples. Order-to-installation time was less than two weeks.

We were very pleased in the service provided by SPF when we wanted to have our awning recovered with new fabric. Dylan Dean came out to review the options with us. A crew (I didn’t get their names) carefully removed the old awning frame to be recovered, and Garrett, Sean and Tony reinstalled did an excellent job reinstalling the awning sooner than promised. Very happy with the new results!
